Hi...

the stuff you copy is a binary transfer. This is done with programs like 
Airmail. It is also compressed data. Therefore you can't read it. Off 
course this garbage is converted to readable text for the user.

reg. your second question. maybe your are not correctly alligned with 
the psk signal.
