The audio port on the back is for a speaker.  This is connected directly to
the audio in line from the radio, this allows you to listen to audio off the
air without tapping into the radio or cable.  Plug an extension speaker into
this jack.  You may need to turn the radio volume up to compensate for the
extra load if the KPC-2 seems to go deaf.

You can remove either the front two or rear two screws and the PCB will
slide out.
