[Packet] APRS and Digi's

G'Morning All --

Not sure, firstly, if I should be posting to the Packet Forum
here rather than the APRS forum...

Let's see if I can ask this question properly <grin>...

Seems I've heard someone say that ANY operating APRS
configured station can be configured to automatically be
a "relay" station for another in the propagation area rather
than having to depend on a "Digi" as described in our days
of Packet Radio -- True or not?

Question number two -- what am I doing wrong, or, at least,
not doing properly with my station, using APRS-PlusSA,
as my signals are NOT being seen by the FindU Server as
is evident for Nedra and Allan in this URL:

It formerly worked well as in our vacation trip from Missouri
to California and Oregon in April of 2001.

Just has to be something I'm not setting up properly; need
to have a hint as to what it might be.
