[OMIK] Black judge in NJ who was an OMIK member

[OMIK Amateur Radio Association]

 Good morning OMIK,

My Dad (94 years young) reminded me that a Black judge, ham radio operator
in NJ told me about OMIK. That would have been around 1975-1977 or so.  Dad
couldn't remember his name and neither could I.

Does anyone remember him or his name?

He would have been a member of OMIK/ARC Electronic Association as it was
called back then.
