[OMIK] NRAO to Launch New Amateur Radio Learning Program for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ Students

 I just got a part-time dream job to lead the development of a ham radio
curriculum on the electromagnetic spectrum for the National Radio Astronomy
Observatory. The curriculum will be targeting BIPOC (Black and Indigenous
People of Culture) and LGBTQIA+ youth in 11-12th grade and college

I'm superstoked about this project and I'm seeking any suggestions that you
may have about curriculum design and recruiting students for focus groups,
etc.  How can we get and keep the interest of "minoritized" youth in ham
radio?
