[OKDXA] N5AQ - Silent Key

[N5OK]

Thanks Jeff.  Bill was a good friend.  We helped one another put up
antennas.  His big SteppIR up 80ft really worked well.  He still climbed
his tower in his 80's.  Quite a guy and a great operator!
