Picked him up this morning at 0800CDT on 12M - FT8, he just confirmed
on Clublog.  Very weak signal,  fades in and out at the -24 FT8
threshold, probably just has a few dipoles on his Tripoli rooftop.

He completely dropped out after an hour, probably to dodge an incoming
RPG fired by the local militia.  If you need to work Libya, may want
to take a quick look on 12M FT8 around
the same time frame on Sunday Morning.
