I do appreciate all of their effort. I can’t imagine how bad it must be on the island in the tent, so again 
I do appreciate that. It’s just a shame that such an important expedition seems so poorly planned and managed.

So, folks are frustrated, whether it's justified or not... It's no excuse for the poor behavior we are witnessing on the bands, but it is a contributor...  Compare this DXpedition with the Congo DXpedition of just a few weeks ago... That was a tremendously successful effort, 165K QSOs, very professionally done. You didn't hear the crap on their pileup frequencies like what is on 3Y0J... So, the DXpedition operator/organizer has some responsibility for a smooth running show.... My 2 cents worth...
