[OKDXA] Naive DXCC Question

Hi Kim,

How long ago did you submit those countries for your original DXCC?  I
think quite a while back the ARRL did not keep track of mode for mixed
submissions.  I remember having that issue for Kure Is. at least, and had
to resubmit it when I applied for a phone DXCC.
