[OKDXA] Naive DXCC Question

Hi John,

It was 23 Feb 1989 a phone QSO on 17 m. I'm pretty sure it was part of 
my very first submission for DXCC and so would have fallen under what 
you describe. That's what I suspect, anyway. I haven't yet found the 
card, but I've seen images of it on the web and I remember it because it 
has a cartoon Monk seal on the front. I guess I thought it was cute.
