[OKDXA] Naive DXCC Question

I have a naive question, or perhaps simply an ignorant one.

I'm looking over my DXCC totals paperwork that I received a few days ago 
from ARRL. I see two credits for countries that are still active, but 
for which there is no mode information. Why do they show up as only 
"Mixed" with no "Phone" or "CW" or any other mode associated with them? 
What's up with that? Is this something I've done? How do I get credit 
for a QSO that has no mode association?
