The DXpedition to Kish Island (Iran) is now underway.  The callsign is EP6T.

 From the information they provided on their website: www.rockall.be , 
it sounds like this is going to be full-blown aggressive operation.
There are a handful of hams in the country but operation from there is 
very spotty and it seems like it can be quite an expensive
proposition to get a confirmation from the permanent resident operators.
