[OKDXA] Heard Island next year

Hi Bob,

The last DXpedition to Heard Island was in 1997 at the bottom of the solar 
cycle, so it is good to hear that propagation was good then, as conditions 
should be better in 2014 then they were then.  I was thinking the same thing 
about the WARC bands, and the US will be limited to 200 watts on 30m but 
unfortunately the rest of the world won't be.  Will just have to get into 
the pileups and give it the old college try.  The beam heading for Heard is 
165 degrees from here so some of the path will be over the southern polar 
zone.
