Thanks Ken, good info.  I agree that cash in the hand is better than a stamp 
in the bush, ha.  I happened to be at the Post when Bert was there today. 
The clerk we talked to said he would refund my old IRC's after they expire 
but not before.  I did not have them with me so I did not push the issue.  I 
will go back.
