[OKDXA] IRC's

On the past subject of IRCs - my post office offered up the air mail rate ( 
84 cents ) for each of
quite a number of IRCs in my possession.  I am scrounging ones I know I 
have around here from
way back.  Only a couple of days left to exchange them.
