[NTX_NTS] September STM Report

The Section Traffic Manager report for the month of September has been
posted to the DFW Metroplex Traffic Net website along with preliminary
traffic graphs. Missing from the data, at present, are numbers from
DTTN and TTN. The information will be updated if and when these
reports are available.
