Hello everyone.

A copy of the new NTS Quarterly Newsletter [is available at the URL
above].  Please enjoy.  All comments, pro or con should be sent to the
author Richard NF5B.  Let Richard know if you like, and/or will
support.  We would like for the newsletter to obtain as much
circulation as possible, and due to the limited distribution from
here, so would like for everyone to forward on and distribute locally
and to what ever groups you have access to.  Our objective is for
maximum and/or total distribution to as many NTS participants as
possible within the Eastern, Central, and Pacific Areas, Regions,  and
Sections.  Some of you may initially get duplicate copies, and will
apologize for this.  Hopefully  in due time, we can sort out the
distribution and maintain in orderly fashion.
