[NLRS] Two-Meter Classic Sprint (or is it a DASH?) - CW?

Again, they’re trying to encourage usage of both classic modes; not just SSB.
Many of us may have to brush up on our slow, contest CW. Allowing both modes per station doubles the opportunity for QSOs on an otherwise quiet band!
Go for it! You can do it! It’s in the genes!
