[NLRS] Two-Meter Classic Sprint (or is it a DASH?)

Central States VHF already hosts one set of Sprints for various
bands...so how about CSVHFS evolving a little and creating a mini-Sprint
for more frequent activity so we don't have to wait an entire year...and
even though I do FT8 to have a chance to compete since all of my QSOs
are DX, I am fine with a SSB & CW only 'contest' with results posted on
3830scores.com.
For beginning...2m only is fine. Same power differentials, rover
permissions, etc. as the normal Sprints. And every Sunday evening for
an hour only is fine...need to figure out if local or UTC start time.
This keeps it simple, understandable and consistent with other Sprints.
And if weekly is 'too often' then consider a once-per-month activity
night with email reminder to all.
