[NLRS] Frequency List for 222 up Contest for dummies with a IC-9700?

I don’t know what the primary frequencies are for the digital modes or FM on those three bands, but for CW & SSB, the calling frequency would be .100 in each case (e.g. 432.100, 1296.100, etc).
