[NLRS] Frequency List for 222 up Contest for dummies with a IC-9700?

222.174, 432.174, 902.174 and 1297.174 for FT8.
FT4 is hardly used on 6m, so I would not bother with it at higher
frequencies.
If you are interested in Q65, I could recommend those frequencies.
