I might also add that ANYONE can view the eligibility lists that have been
filed (uploaded) for a club via the
https://contest-clubs.arrl.org/viewlists.php web page. You can enter a call
(doesn't have to be your OWN call) to see on how many lists it appears OR
you can scroll to find a club name and see the history of eligibility lists
that have been filed for a given club.

If you view a list, you may note that it lists call, 6-character grid and
the distance from a club center (also specified as 6-character grid) for
clubs that have their territory defined that way. Clubs can ALSO define
their territory as an ARRL (or RAC) Section, in which case, it shows "[no
dist]" in the distance column but everyone on the list must reside IN AND
operate FROM that ARRL (or RAC) Section.

Also, you can be listed on multiple Club Eligibility Lists, "you" specify
WHICH club you want to aggregate your score for a given contest with by
Selecting that club's name in the pull down menu right next to "ARRL-Affiliated
Contest Club:" on the web uploader page when you upload your log file (and
that helps to avoid many mis-spellings of Club Names).
