[NLRS] GPS and roving

My GPS receiver is a Garmin Etrex that on one of the display pages it 
shows the time, the local location latitude and longitude and 6 
character maidenhead location and direction and distance to the desired 
destination which can be the station to be worked from the rover. 
Doesn't need a PC for those details.
