[NLRS] Possible phishing scam

I received a highly questionable e-mail requesting my participation in a "VHF and Above
newsletter survey" (the Subject of the e-mail).

The FROM: address is vhf at ionet.net via surveymonkey.com, which resolves to
member at surveymonkey.com

The text is below, with all the URLs and links edited to be unusable: The deleted
segments in all three cases are identical, and the typical (humanly) unreadable jumble of
characters.

I think smart money (even stupid money !) would not touch this... for several reasons.
Even IF (a big IF) its valid, why is the survey 'uniquely tied to this survey and your
email address' ? Surveys tend to be such that responders are NOT identifible, and I
certainly don't respond to any that are not.

If I'm wrong here, I'll apologize. Convince me. Otherwise, if you get one of these, take
the survey at your own risk. The ONLY ACTION I've taken is to write this e-mail, and
deleted the received one WITHOUT clicking on any of the URLs / links.
