Hello All  



The monday net was a mess this week because of malicious interference by W9ZIH. With the help of the ARRL director Dick Isely and vice director Kermit W9XA, 

Jeff Kb9YSJ, Greg KA9VDU Fred AB9QH, Nick KB9LRT, Rev Bill WA9HIR myself and others we  and the ARRL have come up with a solution to the long standing conflict with W9ZIH.

The ARRL proposes the following;



Conclusion. The daily chat sessions and the formal net on Monday 

at 8 PM CST /9 PM EST will switch to 432.110 on Saturday February 14th at 5 PM..

Both Kermit and I thank you for your effort to resolve the 432.105 MHz
QRM problem.  We have edited Jeff Allen's message text below to make it 
easier to read, remove any hint of a personal attack, and to resolve any potential ambiguity.  We recommend using this text in your published
notices and emails concerning the agreed resolution of this problem.

This Email is in regards to our ZIH RON Issue QRMing us on 432.105 MHz. 

Several of us  have contacted ARRL with regards to the operation of W9ZIH, 
and they have observed ZIH operating ATV in a manner that does cause
interference with the net control station, Steve N4PZ. 

They have suggested we move to 432.110 MHz, and in return Ron W9ZIH 
has agreed to stop all operation that causes QRM.  So we have decided 
to move to 432.110 as soon as we can get the word out to the 432 
community.  The ARRL Central Division leadership has promised that 
they will follow up with W9ZIH and the FCC should the interference
problem continue.  It is our hope that this small change will permanently
resolve this matter.
