Good Morning !! Up here in EN35ct , the WD9BGA beacon is S1 aprox. 95% of the time , then "EWQ" - Johnsonville (EN15) at .277 is just above the noise about half of the time ...... Your new EN13 beacon probably will not be affected by the 'BGA beacon up here , BUT I think that it would be a good idea to 'slide ' it down a few kc's for those that are close to the 'BGA beacon to be able to determine average conditions in your direction...... I will be out at the farm this weekend , and will take a listen for your new beacon - Many Thanks for putting up a new beacon there , Arliss !!!! 73s , Ron KA0RYT EN35ct

There are a few beacons I can hear in this area. The WR9L
beacon in
Kankakee is on about 144.275. There is or was another one in
central
east Indiana on about 144.277. I haven't heard that one for
a while
though. And the WD9BGA beacon always comes in great down
here. There
are no beacons between those frequencies in this area that I
know of.
