[NLRS] N0LAN 2m beacon

There are a few beacons I can hear in this area. The WR9L beacon in
Kankakee is on about 144.275. There is or was another one in central
east Indiana on about 144.277. I haven't heard that one for a while
though. And the WD9BGA beacon always comes in great down here. There
are no beacons between those frequencies in this area that I know of.
