[NLRS] A very brief CSVHFS report

Hello NLRS land

I just returned from Elk Grove Village, site of the 47th annual Central States VHF Society conference.  I saw many fellow NLRS members there, thanks for attending.   Rover/dish row was well represented, but the antenna range was rained out starting at about 10 AM on Friday.   It did give us a brief opportunity to demonstrate 10 GHz rain scatter with the local beacon.   I believe there were about 135 in attendance with around 143 for the Saturday night banquet.  Regarding States Above, K8TQK took first place, K0AWU second, and W0GHZ third.  

The 48th annual conference will be held next year in the Austin, Texas area hosted by the Societies new president Steve Hicks, N5AC.
