[NLRS] 5760 power amps

In the NTMS printed technical collection, there's mention of the Collins
62M-1 amplifier. A low power 6 GHz range amp, it runs from -19 volts.
Its built with grounded drain supply connections and floating source to
go to the -19 volt input. Which might be a hint of other designs from
the same group.
