[NLRS] 5760 power amps

The site had lots of filters. I probably have 50 of them. Ray hasn't 
found any of the Nortel waveguide filters that don't tune to 5760 quite 
easily. They are still 50MHz wide, but the skirts are very sharp.

Interestingly, the other waveguide filters, a different brand and 
construction, didn't retune very well at all. Ray said they were much 
harder to tune.

I've got a few small 5.7GHz filters that are smaller than a candy bar, 
but Ray hasn't had a chance to play with them yet. They were part of the 
Collins MAR-6 equipment, which I pulled recently. They also have a 
different power amp, this one says it is 5W output..... No idea yet what 
the power requirements are....
