[NLRS] 5760 power amps

Yup, the NTMS surplus amps article is a little light on detailed info,
but I've got samples of all three of those amps. Plus the Nortel amp
which is not in the list.
The NTMS article says the first three all run around 6W out at 5760MHz,
so I guess I'll assume the Nortel will do the same once we defeat or
adjust the power control circuit.
