[NLRS] Adding 902 MHz

Isn't the FM activity higher in the band, like around 927 MHz?
Depending on how much work you want to do, you can go the route I did. I got
the template pattern from the ARRL for the original KK7B no-tune
transverter, etched my own and built it. I came up with an obscure power
module somewhere that isn't common in the USA, but it takes 1 mw of drive to
get 10 watts out. I built my own 18 element loop Yagi too. I've worked a lot
of people with it on SSB/CW.
I think the total monetary cost for all of that was around $70 including the
crystal for the LO.
