[NLRS] Website, contests, and Central States

I'm looking forward to CQWW-VHF. I seem to have to fight with my schedule to
make time for some of these, so Hilltopper is my favorite category in this
one.

Also, I hope we have a good opening like we did last year in ARRL UHF. I'd
sure like to work you all through 10 GHz like I did K4XR and W4ZRZ last
year.

I already signed up for CSVHFS Conference and got a hotel room. I hope to
see many of you there!

And I keep looking out for rainscatter opportunities. We have the 10+ GHz
contest coming up, too.
