[NLRS] Info for VHF Contesting reflector

    A Very Happy Father's Day to many here, 

   I know we've had some new folks come on board the BC'ers 
in the past half year or so.  There may also be some new ones 
from SMC and NLRS, too.  

    A nationwide email list that you may want to be aware of:

   Over the past several weeks, the s/n ratio has gone way 
down, due to stricter moderation.  This means that messages 
may only arrive about once per day, so a bit of patience is 
necessary in waiting for new posts to show up.  

    I'm passing the link to VHF Contesting along because a 
post today had links to some interesting portable trailer/tower 
projects.  It might get some folks thinking, what with FD and 
VHF/UHF rover season in swing.
