[NLRS] A good 10 GHz site?

It sends "10 W to stacked HO loops" in its CW ID. So it should be
omnidirectional in the horizontal plane. I believe it gives the 6-character
grid but I never bothered to look at it on the map. The location seems
right, though.
I use it as an indication of conditions to the north from here. On a BAD day
it's usually S5. On a good day it could be pinning my s-meter.
