[NLRS] A good 10 GHz site?

I'm pretty sure the WD9BGA beacon is located at Blue Mounds State Park, about 40
miles west of Madison. On top of a 200' tower whose base is at or near the top
of the mound, ~1700' ASL. Don't know what it runs for power.
