[NLRS] Is there some RULE against changing Subject lines?

Perhaps such RULE that I am NOT aware of...
THIS branch of the original e-mail chain certainly seems to have
LITTLE to do with "A good 10 GHz site?" but "WD9BGA Beacon"
certainly 'nails' it. And not intending this to 'pick' on
Zack...prior e-mails in this branch could have similarly
benefitted from Subject amendment.
Sorry, maybe too much caffeine for me on a Saturday morning, but
it certainly seems that it would be easy enough to take a few
extra seconds to take a look at the Subject line and see if it
would benefit by an edit to better reflect the 'content' of the
present e-mail before hitting "Send".
My two cents (or maybe worth only ONE cent in this case). Thanks
for reading.
73, JK
