[NLRS] 10 GHz Range?

I'm not in that area, but I seem to routinely be able to work ~190 km on 10
GHz. I have never failed to work W9ZIH from a hill around here. I have had
trouble working people in St. Louis (~240 km) most of the time.
A lot of that may have to do with the path. Looking at Radio Mobile, there
is a ridge that may attenuate signals between here and St. Louis somewhat.
W9ZIH and I have a clear path, plus he has a dish high on a tower.
