[NLRS] 10 GHz Range?

Well, I'm not from MN, so maybe my results aren't typical, but here goes
anyway.
Looks to me like 290 km is close to average, maybe a little below. There are
two MI stations that I can work on 10 GHz during most contests, WW8M at 309
km (from EN62cc) and K8MD at 328 km. Of course, these are both well
equipped fixed stations. Your results will vary based on the equipment used
at the other end.
