[NLRS] Logging rovers and rovers logging

Yes, I'm not as good as I should be about including "rover" or /r.
I've been very trusting of the other operators to know that I'm a
rover. But if we ever get good conditions that let me reach out to
areas where I'm contacting folks who don't know about my rove,
that could be a real problem. They wouldn't work me again thinking
that I'd "be a dupe" if I had moved grids.

This is a good point and I'm glad you guys brought it up. I will
work harder to include "rover" and /r in my patter.

This is good information. Although obvious, many get it wrong. And
it
can cause problems.

Rovers should always identify themselves as rover. /r on CW and
by
appending "rover" to one's call on fone.

This may seem trivial, but there are several good reasons to do
it.

If the rover wants to submit a single op log from his home station
as
well as his rover log, which he is entitled to do, the log
checkers
cannot always tell which call goes with which log.

Also, if you log the station as /r, most logging programs will not
flag it as a dupe when you work the rover from a new grid square.
