[NLRS] Fall Sprint schedule alternative thinking

Very good points.  There is a lot more 10 GHz activity in this part of
the country than down in SVHFS territory, so the sprint being the day
after the 10G contest probably didn't get much thought down there.
It's worth suggesting to them.  If any of them show up for Microwave
Update, we can gang up on them :)  Otherwise, I'm not sure exactly who
to suggest it to, although I'd start with W4ZST and WD4JQV. We
probably could just post the suggestion on their reflector.
