[NLRS] West/East activity period in 144 sprint Monday??

Hi Todd and all,
I like your idea of looking at 8 pm and 10 pm.
Not all of us will be recovering from the 10 ghz thing.
I will not be able to get on two however until a bit after 9 pm.
