[NLRS] Rovers in contest logs

Hello NLRS land.

Just a reminder for those who played around in the VHF contest last 
weekend and who plan to send a log in.  Make sure that any rover that 
you have worked is indicated with the /R, for example "W9FZ/R". If you 
work Bruce as a rover, and indicate "W9FZ", the log checking software 
will zap you !!

In the past, when I have used NA for log checking, I have used short 
cuts such as "W9FZ/EN44" and "W9FZ/EN53". This too will be zapped !!

If you work a rover, the call sign must be followed with /R and /R 
only.  Anything else will cause your score to be affected.
