[NLRS] Local VHF DTV Channels

Well, after the recent blizzard of messages on the VHF 
remailer, I just had to examine the final TV channel 
assignments for the NLRS area. So far as I can see, there 
are only 2 VHF-low TV channel assignments to be found in 
the 8/6/07 list at www.fcc.gov/dtv for the surrounding 
states. They are both in SD and are low power.

Looks like we're going to have a much quieter background 
noise level on 6m in just a little more than a year from 
now.
