[NLRS] W0ZQ/B project.

As many of you may know the W0ZQ/B on 222.062 was a victim of 
lightening this late summer. I am looking to rebuild, but searching for 
a low cost solution. One thought is to key a FM rig (no audio, or no 
F3, just the carrier). I only need a few watts as I do believe my 10dB 
power amp is still good, so an old crystal controlled 222 FM rig, 
perhaps a old handheld, would do the trick. I see Hamtronics has their 
TA51 transmitter in kit form for $139, but want another $25 for a xtal. 
  Anyone have a 222 FM handheld, or an old 222 base rig (crystal control 
is ok) that they would let go for a fair price ?
