I don't have one that I want to get rid of, but you might try the trick I used
to find one relatively cheap on e-Bay.

Rigs for 222 are relatively hard to come by, so they do get a bit of a premium
over those for other bands.  However, the IC-3AT (or IC-3A , for the same
thing without the touchtone pad) nowhere says on the radio what band it's for.
 So the one I got on e-bay was being sold as a "2 meter" rig.  I think I got
it for about $50.

So if you search e-Bay, I would recommend searching for individual models (and
the IC-3AT is a good one) rather than doing a search for "220 MHz" or "222
MHz".
