[NLRS] Wisconsin QSO Party

Tomorrow, March 11th, is the Wisconsin QSO  Party.   The contest runs from 
1:00 pm to 8:00 pm.   If your  are in Wisconsin, you send the other station a 
signal report and your Wisconsin  county.  If you are outside of Wisconsin you 
send a signal report and your  state or province.    There should be some 
activity on the VHF  bands.   If you have any interest in HF, please look for 
W0ZQ/m on or  near 14050, 7050, and 3550 from the following Wisconsin  counties:
Eau Claire
Trempealeau
Buffalo
Pepin
Dunn
Pierce
St. Croix.
