I forgot to add that if you use the scheduling features of Outlook you
probably will need to get a huge 8.5 meg file to fix your calendar and send
schedule updates to scheduled appointments. See the following web links

Subject: TimeZone DST updates this weekend

MS in its infinite wisdom is not supporting with updates most of its OS
before XPsp2. On the Win98 and Win98se CD's you will find a little program
called tzedit.exe under the path d:\tools\reskit\config. This program will
allow you to change the DST start and end times for each individual time
zone and is much easier than the recommended MS registry hack. For
reference, the 2007 law going forward states the Second Sunday of March for
the start and the First Sunday of November for the end. If people do not
have this I can zip the config folder to 500k and email it. You may find
that you need to use it on XPsp1 and W2K. You will definitely need it for
Win98, SE, ME, 95, and NT.

If someone like N0UK wants to post it on a website for download I can email
it to them if they contact me.

Happy Time change!!
