[NLRS] Man vs machine

Because of my being below average terrain I typically work good weather
contests as both a fixed station and a rover. The robot does not
automatically distinguish rover logs for fixed station logs. I think it is
primarily a problem with the leagues email system and the robot that cannot
handle call suffixes /rover /r etc. If they would just fix that then
when the rover logs are loaded into the scoring system, the rest of the
process works fine. This is not a problem for HF contests because
stations can only submit one log. I think we need to campaign and convince
the league to fixed the robot. We should not have this problem where we
have to jump through ridiculous hoops to get valid logs submitted.

Lets lobby Tom at the ARRL Contest branch for more investment in a robot that
works correctly.
