An interesting observation this morning... 9 AM

KP's 10ghz beacon (normally S0 or S1, heard about 50-60% of the time at St
Croix Falls) is coming in at S9+15... This is approximately a 43 mile path
off the downtown for me. Hepburn shows some tropo enhancement potential,
but have not seen the upper air sounding yet.... The beacon has been this
solid for past 2 hours. The signal is big enough that I was able to hear
it with the dish pointed 180 away and a full 360.... (Maybe my basement
turned into a cavity? :)

fyi only...
